★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good but the biggest problem is with staff. Such a rude behaviour and does not know how to talk n behave with parents. We were made to run between reception, lab n casuality many times for single blood test report.

Not expected such response from them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with the doctors and services hospital has. The doctors maintain cool and instructions are very helpful for kids food.
Medicines prescribed with dosage was helpful for my kids.
I usually visit to this hospital whenever my kids feel sick.
They are into service from many years and helpful staff too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly speaking we got the terrible experience with poor trained nurses here ... we are all ok with Dr.bhaskar raju garu he is the worthy person to visit for treatment but the only fault is here the management... nurse treated very very very ...rudely and she is the one who made my sister's baby got severe swelling on hand for wrong route of medicine for IV route ...literally we got anger on her ....but sadly we felt bad for the innocent baby who got pain and discomfort for her wrongful admit . Plz take care of your babies while they are treating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some sisters were not fully trained, due to bad instructions on medicine usage, medicines didn’t work and my kid was ended up with a saline.
No courtesy about it. Hospital management needs to take an action on this.
Front nurses need more patience and care towards babies and kids.
We still respect the pediatricians here. I recommend Dr. Bhaskaraju sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced Doctor but lethargic and tedious process. Rude Staff Unhygienic environment and unprofessional behavior. Being a hospital they don't even clean the rooms. I admitted my daughter in hospital for Dengue fever treatment on a precautionary measure recommended by Doctor, though she was doing well. On the third day the so called nurse( I doubt if they are trained nurses) comes and gives a small white paper with bill amount written with no breakdown of charges and says its discharge time. Neither the doctor gave us update during his visit about the status and the further action plan and the care to be taken. After a stint with the doctor he realized the fact and asked for feedback which is something good in this chaos. There is a list of negatives to share on billing, staff availability, I had to visit the hospital thrice after the discharge in vain for billing clarification. Hope he takes my feedback into consideration. Its not a bad hospital and can become the best if they work on the Hospital Management. Just the doctor being good isn't enough. Hope the management takes it seriously.
