★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are giving very bad service...I ever get...they charge 35 rs for sanetization... But didn't do any sanetization....at workshop.... The employee which r handle situations behaviour is too bad....I don't like that place.... If any one go there plzz....I suggest don't go there.
My bike headlight damage they issue different colour head light and install on bike and charges also very...high for all these they charges 1200 for only change headlight cover which we called in Hindi topa of headlight....in this 80 rs charges for sanetization and other services which they didn't provide properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met the manager of the Bhatia Honda service center and explained my problems and my unhappiness. He took personal interest and attended my vehicle in person and identified the replaced suspension was faulty and advised his team to fix the problems by replacing the part.After that, problems are totally resolved.
Also the whatsapp facility which they have started is very convenient for all types of communications like booking appointments, complaints etc..!! i really appreciate there initiative towards the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nine repair bays, only three mechanics present, two working, 14 odd two wheelers lined up for service. 7 supervisory, store, office etc staff.
Dealership's only mistake is it forgets that mechanics are more important than infrastructure and capital investment.
I am waiting here for past two hours or so just to get my Activa battery change, any roadside mechanics would do that in less than 10 minutes.
