★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mini general store cum pharmacy forcibly turned into a mini supermarket. Quite congested inside but a quick access to self pick up store nearby. The billing section has to be organised. Too much confusion amongst the staff. Good for buyers who like to do self pickup basket shopping. Wish it was more spacious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store provides all kinds of medical needs. It is also only superstore with all necessary items required on day to day basis. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This store is generally very crowded after 6:00pm.
The also have branches near Santacruz station East and in Kalina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and giving replying to online products ordered 10 times u have to call and check if ur stuff are lost/ missing there is no possibility to get back from bhatia I had gone to purchase medicine I gave prescription guy gave me the medicines and I left but I forgot my prescription I went to collect in 1 hour tte salesperson promptly replied we don't keep any stuff they don't have backup of keeping the left items at one place very bad service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve a 0. Over the years their behaviour has changed. Worst staff in any pharmacy. They ignore calls and put the person on hold. They say maam the product will be delivered in 10 mins but it gets delivered after 4-5hours. The owner and the staff both dont respect and value their customers .They should get a badge for procrastinating. Incase you need to get your grocery or medical stuff urgently I wudnt recommend Bhatiya nr Vakola

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont opt this place if you want your items to be delivered with 30 mins Worst service in vakola. It takes them 6 hours for a delivery. Inspite of informing the owner the behaviour of the staff didnt change. They never reach on time I urgently needed a medication and they come the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ensure u ask for bill for any purchase. They charged me 200Rs extra. When I checked my items it actually costed Rs. 465, however they charged Rs. 765. When I realised that n went to them immediately, they said they errorneously charged for some choclates which I never ordered. Fortunately I went back immediately when I realised I was charged extra, so luckily got the money back. Btr to demand for a bill for all ur purchased there.
