★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They responded only initially when we had a need for office stationary and claimed we can send orders or enquiry on their whatsapp number(Mr. Prem Bhatia). We therefore placed our first order which was delivered. However, we have sent enquiries many times on whatsapp after that but they don't bother to respond at all after reading the messages. No replies, no interest for customer at all.
