★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is nice. Doctors appointed are really knowledgeable. But the issue is with the management. No proper facilities, cleanliness, food, behaviour with parents, nurses, ward boy, toilet, food, waiting lounge needs to be updated. A lot improvement is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was moderate compared to other hospitals in its vicinity. You get all the necessary information and checkups. There's an EMERGENCY which is open 24/7. There is the facility of having an X-RAY. There are govt. doctors present at all times. You can count on this place if you suffer from mild to moderate conditions. If your case becomes serious enough then the staff will give you all the emergency medicines and refer to the nearby hospitals, which have better facilities than Bhatpara State General Hospital.

Management is poor.
Buildings,wards are dirty and unhygienic.
Often patients are referred in critical case.
Doctors are good. But staff behaviour need to be improved.
