It's good place to eat n drinks fresh items u can get but u have to wait for sometime

Veg non veg dhaba not suitable for family . There was some people were drig alcohol. But not mentioned on board.

While returning saw this place which was not good ambience but as was super duper hungry thought of stopping by to have lunch. Checked the menu and saw mutton thali. One of my family member only eats mutton (no chicken), so ordered 1 Mutton Thali after confirming with the waiter (only waiter serving those 9 odd tables) that the gravy (rassa) was unlimited. He affirmed and said the rassa is unlimited if only one person is consuming the thali, basically no sharing. We confirmed as we anyways had ordered ala carte. After some wait the food was served. Ala carte for others and mutton thali for one person. After taking 2 more gravy bowls (small size serving bowl), the waiter said that's all and no more gravy. Then stated that ek aadmi itna nahi khata and accused us of sharing. Told the person that he can check CCTV if he wants to or can keep one person standing here even now to see if anyone is even consuming the gravy (rest of the items anyways were limited), or if he can show and confirm that someone amongst others had shared the gravy. He had no answer and kept speaking in hindi that ab aur gravy nahi milegi. To this we asked the owner who was walking by and he said that it's unlimited but we serve 2-3 one extra rasaa (gravy). It din't make sense to me. Told him about how kolhapur tambda pandhra concept works, also told him what unlimited means but nevertheless, all efforts in vain and he kept saying that is unlimited gravy in thali and that means only 2-3 serving bowls. He knew that we din't share the gravy as the rest of the people were eating veg. Worst experience. Then came the payment part where the card swipe machine din't work. Internet wasn't getting connected for either of us and so phonepe and gpay was out of option. Finally had to put cash on table for payment which I try and avoid. Honestly speaking, the food taste was nice but the lie about unlimited gravy and then the wrong way to convince customers about what they mean by unlimited and then the inconvenience for payment made the review negative. More worst part was the waiter saying ek aadmi itna gravy nahi pita. No hotel owner or waiter has a right to check how much a customer eats. No restaurant owner or waiter should lie the way these people were trying to, or rather be upfront that only 3 bowls extra gravy can be served in Thali. Forgot to add, the price of mutton thali was 350rs which is definitely high, with good taste but no good management and their policies or I must say liar management.
