Booked for an appointment and got 8 number in queue, I asked compounder that by what estimated time should I arrive ??
He told me that doctor would come by 2pm, you should also come by 2pm,
After waiting more than 4 hours sitting in front doctor's chair, suddenly doctor departed for any emergency around 5:45pm I asked compounder very gently when doctor saheb will come or should I come tomorrow.. compounder told me very rudely u can take your money back if you can't wait enough.
Is this the way they deal with patient... ??
Just a pathetic experience.. will never visit again and readers please don't visit or you will get pathetic experience.
These compounders become arrogant bcoz they know all a patient is needing a good doctor. So they take it for granted.
I know good doctors are so busy that they can't teach everything to their illiterate staffs who are just useless for every single reason.
I wish all sorrow should come in their home and family., Then they would realize.
Very unfortunate...
