For every small work charges are too much and when asked the labour say you purchased flat and it's a small amount. Really bad experience from delivery perspective.
Please don't go for registration until you get most of the work completed otherwise it will cause you to pay more money as well as time.
Most of the things depend on engineers and labours. So we need to be behind them to get work done.

Delivery delayed and you have to deal directly with engineers and labours for modifications during building, who try to make extra money for the slightest of things. Their team lies and would often ignore calls after booking.
