Poor service, washing never happens , eithr water or electricity or washing person not available. They even don't check the vehicle before delivering after service. I complained about auto start they charged for cleaning the carbon but neither it got ok and now indicator also not working. Every one is in hurry no one have time to listen customer's complaint

Very bad experience. Very poor service.Even after making written complaint to this service station, they could not solve it. They kept the vehicle for two days and charged huge amount for servicing and also charged huge amount for unwanted parts . My bike gave me trouble after running just 5 km due to which again I had to pay Rs. 750 to other mechanic who solved the problem within 2 hours. Be careful with this sevice station.

Worst experience, In free service they charged me a labor charge for chain and brake cleaning. even after paying for consumables, they refused chain lubrication. Bike washing is pending to date. very unsatisfied

It was really a horrible expirence here in Nerul Bhavana service centre. I had purchased my scooty from Honda showroom just adjucent to sevice centre and every timely service i used to do and they used to charge high amount so I took AMC but still the charges were high but I didn't say anything.once my scooty met with accident I had taken insurance from that service centre so went to claim that and gave my scooty to them and they checked and told me the estimate but while doing so I asked them why are they not changing the lock set because by looking at the lock set it was looking damage but they assured no need to change lock set so I agreed but few months later again my handle lock was not working so I told them hat they said thre is no problem with handle lock and not it's not working I would have claimed in insurance itself so they told u should have checked it there itself before taking the bike.And again few months lateral the second handle lock was not working so they told we can't do anything u hav to replace it again..i don't understand every time they are careless in their work and smart in taking charge with customer..and the manager there Mukesh patel was very arrogant nd very rude and the staff who handles insurance checking vehicle Sachin padaekar was very careless in his work and the staff Yogesh Thakre accepted his mistake and told my husband that he will giv 10 percent discount but took away his words and told I didn't say that on call in front of the Manager.Iwould recomend not go give your vechleTi this service centre because instead of doing service they will do some mischief with your vechile so that you will come again and again for service in Nerul near LP service centre not in seawoods

I had spoken to the executive on call and after much discussion had visited the showroom Was disappointed with the approach and sales team. The deal didn't turn positive and we came back without any purchase. Quite a disappointing experience. In Honda I realised the sales team is the least bothered. This is noticed across Honda showrooms. They know the sales are ongoing and hence there is no effort. Overall I feel with this attitude it's not a long journey towards success however good a brand. It's the work force which makes the difference.

Just gave my 2 wheeler for servicing and received it in same condition in which I gave.Terrible service with No washing or polishing.Also,took more than 40 minutes for the Billing process which is really wasting customer’s valuable time.Another person was also furious about his vehicle.Very unprofessional.Really unhappy.

Worst service..Mr Rishesh ,sales fellow of the company Is not at all interested in sales...when asked to deliver the invoice he told blantly a 'no' . When told I that I'll take up to the owner also he told a no problem. If the company is not interested in sale then close it than troubling the customer ...not even go near bhavna auto wheels because of these staffs
