★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They collect garbage, eatables, plastics, plastic cups and others strewn on passenger shelters, bus bays and waiting rooms for every Day morning. Also there is many food stalls like Potato chips, biscuit, peanuts, Soft drinks, cold drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unclean area, Platform no did not mentioned any where, whenever's miking for route selected busses, passenger are confused, Delux and semi delux fare has heen charges but passenger but bus body, seat, window glass, hooks and very poor damages and ruined conditions.
Bus engine are huge humbing than comfortable run, Bhavnagar to Somnath 285 km road, so it should be required always comfortable and well conditions smooth busses, it is also a safety issue of all passengers.
Deficiency of proper service after fare charges by passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bus station, now new station construction is in progress here.....but here parking facilities is not good because now here construction... but the allover experience is very good..... the inquiry counter responds very well....and here is very well cleaned up....and all passenger are following the rules during COVID-19........
AC buses is also available from Ahmedabad and Surat and Etc.
