Rent are quite expensive over here..but overall that living cost gives you soothing experience..
Many grocery shops, snack shops, street foods, Vegetable market, clinics, gym's, hotels are nearby to area.. so you no need to go longer to get them..
Many of the provides doorstep services..
Marol metro is just 1km, seepz is about 1km, JVLR and Chakala MIDC are about 1 to 1.5 km..
Powai, Ghatkopar, Goregaon East, Andheri Railway station is around 15-20 mins..
You are accessible to major places..
Overall quite good area and societies to live in Mumbai..
