★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality maintain by builder. Look wise society is excellent but the internal quality is very poor. I'll suggest not to buy the flat from Bhawani group. Just to say they are good marketing skill. Below problem I has been facing since last 2 year.
- like Tiles poor quality
- putti quality is very poor.
- linkage and other issues
- paper is not complete
- they are not ready to handover the society
Builder is Specialist in they always say yes but never say no . But output is zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the neighbouring apartment of my flat. Very beautiful apartment with all kind of amenities. There are 24 hours security services and power backup. The car parking space is also huge. There is its own system of carrying away the garbage. Therefore you don't need to wait for the municipal cleaners. You can also have the services of daily news paper and milk at your door everyday in the morning. The locality is also peaceful and less polluted. It can be a good choice for you if you choose to reside here.
