★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a complex made by bhawani group situated in ward number 18 of South dumdum municipality . People of different communities reside here peacefully has a gym,playroom,splash pool, fountain, 24/7 security guards with cctv camera installed. With a stunning community hall. But the build quality is poor with the amenities quality. The gym is low grade not even upto the mark. Only 3 dumbbells around. Rest is lovely apart from the build quality and gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even as a resident i am highly dissatisfied with this project.
The exterior design is amazing and eye catching. Amenities like gym, 24x7 security with cctv at few useless points. Pool, fountain, community hall, children's play area is available.
But it lacks the basics. The AQI of this place is very bad due to the presence of the Khal. For the same reason the water supply (borewell) remains polluted all the time. All these leads to insect infestation. I cannot open the windows of the room facing the khal. If i do so the whole room smells like the khal and atleast 15 species of insects enters the room.
Residents of this construction are at much higher health risk due to the poor quality of air an water.
Also forgot to mention that the khal overflows during the monsoon.
The materials used inside the flats are of the cheapest quality! The floor tiles break easily and the flooring is not even. There are thousands of cracks and crevices on the wall which is now home for ants and spiders. The finishing is pathetic! Tilted switchboards, non functional door locks, beams in unnecessary places...
The construction is good but missing a lot. Almost every household had to renovate their flat after hand over which is sad
