★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice flat, the room is quiet spacious, you can get 2bhk,3bhk,and 4bhk is also available there. The room is also quiet good also,you can also book now the room is now almost ready. This is a twin tower, two giant building it is situated in beside of howrah station. The location of the flat is so beneficial everything in reach of 10 minutes. Almost I give them a 5 star, they earned it. I think I can also book a flat there. This is my personal choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not have a belief on them. Every now and then deviate the rate. Lot of hidden cost and it seems that property have some dispute. Please consult with legal advisor as they does not declared the cost publicly. Cist varies from person to person. Rera act says that rate should be offered on carpet area but they are charging on super built up area. Difference between carpet and built area is almost 40% so don't go away with their offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes location is in top... But only very few% of flat booked since .. Nobody tell you how many flats are Occupied... First entry issue.. 2nd 200 meter having railway line... Vibration is one of the reason.. Who refuse to buy.. And last the price... We seen this project since started and now already 5 years gone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice complex it has swimming pool, game room it's neat and clean. Security services is also good. I have given it 4 star because I cannot find conyeyance there I had alot problems in finding conveyance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Place in Howrah, Kolkata ... And worth the value ... There are all possible Morden amenities required for a Modern life.... There are gyms, Swimming Pool, Parking area, Banquet Hall and many other things.... And it's closer to the connective station (HOWRAH)... Some might find it noisy place as it's next to the Rail line from where the trains passes 24*7... But ultimately it's a personal preference .... You should obviously visit this place if you are searching for flats in Kolkata...
