★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Gaali dete hain baat baat mein. No courtesy toward elder. You tell the driver something and he will not listen to you. He will keep saying "Aap chup rahiye na". Worst service. Kabhi mat jao, aap pachtaoge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place deserves -ve stars. Alas google is only for 'nice' people and hence have no option for it. I suddenly remembered my experience with this place after reading a review. The owner is the most third class businessman you will ever meet. I really wished that Google provided an option to add audio clips in reviews. The owner (Vinod Kumar) abused my entire family after I refused to pay extra for a challan which we received in our trip to Manali. This happened because these guys run a lot of cars commercially but do not have a permit. (They all have only white number plates and not the yellow ones). I completely agree with @Manoj Kumar ji. These guys are notorious. For the safety of your family, avoid them at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This travel agent is a curse. Absolute unruly guys, the driver (someone called Naresh) expect you give driving directions. He doesn't know how to drive and will ask you to help reverse their car. Absolute rubbish. They talk very rudely to you. They will harass you like hell. The owner Vinod Kumar is complete filth and all his drivers are like that. Using their services was one of the biggest mistakes of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We book the car for two days means for 48 hours but the driver argue that one day means 12 hours not 24 hours. Driver denied for the many places we want to visit. He was arrogant. He didnt stop the car at food places and said he will only top the car at the destination. Never go for this tour and travels agency. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst tour service ever received. The owner is a very ill mannered person and does not believe in building any customer relationship. Our tour to Agra turned out to be the greatest disaster of our lives. These guys run a scam and they run white number plate cars commercially. Got caught by local RTO officers twice. And then they will somehow blame the customer for it. Such places should be closed down. DO NOT use this agency ever. Better be safe than sorry.
