Easy to reach via Google Map.
There is a plot available for Parking also.
Place near to the BRTS workshop.
Easily available for marriage, Birthday party, Garba nights, or any kind of Functions.
Good place because not more away from city.
Very peaceful place.
There is a problem of Cleaning of hall and garden. But not at all. Because all over I can give it 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very good place as far as space is concerned.The location is slightly away from main road,this becomes most beneficial point for vehicle parking.The rent is reasonable may good for lower and middle class family for celebrating their function.However this place looks dirty.The toilet and back sides area need cleaning regularly.Corpration has to apply some special charges in addition to rent for cleaning and maintainace.The bathroom are very much unhygienic.There is lots of potential to improve this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated just besides the bhestan BRTS depot, it's a well developed community hall that serves the purpose of social events. We went there to attend marriage function. The place is spacious, has a lawn, clean room and proper washrooms. Obviously the cleaning and hygiene can be maintained but overall it is good.

Rooms provided by the owner make it more helpful for the organising party or family.
Free parking structure available.
Available open land in front of its gate make it cooler as no one get difficulty while parking their vehicles.
