I would like to specially thanks Jayanthi with whom I first interacted for Doorstep test ride (provided on same day i requested) till final purchase of the Avenis.
She has provided all the information in advance right from booking to insurance, RTO, no plate and RC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst coustomer interaction experience was been faced by me at BHOJANNA SUZUKI Service centre where the service advisor and technician was very rude and not even interested in understanding the queries related to the vehicle.
But The service Manager and the vehicle spares sales manager was really excellent in terms of handling the situation and understanding the customer queries and sorting ASAP.
I want all of your team to be trained like your manager first understand the customer queries and then act accordingly.
I hope this feedback will help the service centre.

Went to test the Gixer but sadly waited for quite sometime to test the bike. But, as I did not want to test ride without a helmet and asked the showroom guy to get a helmet, he could not arrange one. I waited for quite some time and left.
Showroom looks good and spacious and hope staff were more responsive and welcoming.
Please don’t ride without a helmet. Let the showrooms make arrangements for helmets.
Not a great experience and hope to visit them again and hopefully I get a better experience.
Ride safe !

Santhosh helped us in every way possible. From demo to delivery, everything was smooth and on time. The service department is also good.
