★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there on poila boisakh. There were no ala carte menu...only 1095 non veg thali available.
Food Quality and Taste was good But But But Quantity was very much disheartening...Very very low .even only one person would be hungry after the meal even if he or she has low appetite....They should focus on this quantity...In general there is unlimited rice in a thali..but they only provide 1 rice for us 4...rice quantity and polao quantity is ridiculous....i only give 2 start for their taste.that's it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatibagan is the heart of Kolkata. It is speckled with scores of restaurants which serve scrumptious dishes at competitive prices. Bhojohori Manna is one of the best among them. It is a perfect destination for all those who love Bengali cuisine. Today we visited the place and had an exhilarating experience.
Ambience:
Since it was Sunday and we went there at peak hours, we had to wait for fifteen minutes outside the eatery. As we moved inside, there was still a paucity of space. They have taken some safety measures keeping COVID-19 quagmire in mind. The ambience was quite delightful and perfectly in sync with the pipping hot dishes.
Food:
We ordered the following for three of us
1. Plain Pulao (one plate)
Price: ₹120
2. Veg Pulao (one plate)
Price: ₹120
3. Bhetki Kalia (one plate)
Price: ₹185
4. Mochar Ghonto (one plate)
Price: ₹95
5. Mutton Rezala (two plates)
Price: ₹205 per plate
6. Aampora Shorbot (three)
Price: ₹40 per cup
7. Natun Gurer Ice Cream (three)
Price: ₹160 per plate.

We started with aampora shorbot which was a delight to the taste buds. It was refreshing and whetted our appetite bigtime. It was followed by the different pulao dishes. Both of them were deliciously cooked. My mother, who is an excellent cook herself, gave a five out of five ratings to the mochar ghonto they served. The bhetki kalia was cooked to perfection. They served hot and spicy bhetki (fresh catches according to my mom)! Mutton rezala was equally well cooked. Mutton was tender and succulent. I loved the thick gravy of the rezala. But to be honest, I loved the notun gurer ice cream the most. It was something out of the world. I have had this item in other places as well, Bhojohori Manna serves the best nolen gurer ice cream indeed. Overall we were exceedingly satisfied with the food.
Recommendation:
I have soft corners for the restaurants at Hatibagan as it is my new residence. I reckon, Bhojohori Manna is one of the best in the City if you like Bengali cuisine. I will strongly recommend it to all my friends. And if you hang out there, don't miss the notun gurer ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first the very name of this restaurant Bhojohori Manna ,brings nostalgia in every Bengali through. The ambiance is too good, the walls are filled with great sketches of Bengal culture, respected figures.l visited this restaurant for lunch where you feel of traditional Bengali dining..it is located in hatibagan star theatre... The food was awesome , lipsmakingand delicious .. The service is good.. Price is so reasonable ..if you are a Bengali food lover You must have to visit this resturent once..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order pabda jhal, alur dom, rice. Taste is standard, price is bit high for the rice and it's amount. 80rs per plate plain rice and it's quantity is very small. Not enough for an adult. You have to take two plates per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have tried their Chicken Dakbanglow, Chitol macher muitha and Dab chingri. They have nailed the Chicken and Chingri items bt their chitol macher nuittha is not up to that mark as expected by them. I will recommend to have dab chingri with polao. And the behaviours of the staff is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is just near the Star theatre in Hatibagan, Kolkata. We had lunch here on Republic day 2022. Not too much rush was there outside (10 min waiting). Inside ambience is ok ok type but in my opinion the space is a constrain and the atmosphere is also congested.
The fish cutlet we tried was good. Bengali Basanti Polav was good but quantity was low compared to the price they charged. Chicken Duckbunglow was also fine. But price is bit higher side. Perperson approx 500/- even just for 2 items.
