Most importantly it is a quite place and no sound polution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very sorry state of affair that, builder is not returning the extra amount which is paid against maintenance while purchasing the flat.
After sending numerous mails & calls, no any response from his end.
I never expected such unprofessional behaviour from a builder.
He has looted us & mentally harrassed us. Think thrice before purchasing from such a unfaithful person.
