★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhoomi Enclave, in Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali west, Mumbai, is a colossal housing complex with three wings and parking areas. There are varieties of shops and restaurants on the ground floor facing the main street.
With my wife, I visited my niece who has a flat on fourth floor in one of the wings.
Although the condo apartment has only one bedroom, It looked spacious and well lit by natural light.
According to my neace and her family, the housing society is effectively managed by a committee of elected members. Throughout the year, the society organises many programmes to celebrate festivals and frequently conducts tours for the members.
24/7 security is provided by CCTV cameras and security guards. We had good experiences with the security officers; they were professional, friendly, and helpful.
Bhoomi Enclave is a nice and safe society to live in.
