★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society in Boriwali and near National park and 10 minutes walkable distance from Boriwali station. But parking problems which is common problem for old societies having their own swimming pool club house.lifts in buildings are very old not renewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raheja's construction quality is very good. Well maintaoned property, they are eco friendly too. Rents are steep though. Has got kids play area, swimming pool (which is very well maintained) and gym and club house too. Lots of greenery around and fresh air due to the proximity to the national park. However kulupwadi area isn't as developed or clean. There is an issue with regular garbage disposal. But Bhoomi Green is very well maintained building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhoomi green is a well maintained society, it is located in RAHEJA EASTATE kulupwadi, near National Park, Area is at premium location 10 mins walking from borivali railway station and 5 mins walking from Western Express Highway, All type of markets are located nearby.
All type on meals are available nearby such as Indian, Punjabi, South indian, Chinese, etc including all type of fast foods.
Hospitals are located nearby, Ravi Shankar school gets in the kulupwadi location, gym, medicals, etc all type of necessary amenities are available.
So if are looking for staying purpose locality is best all of the societies have their own cctv security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice complex with lots of greenery surrounding one can experience pleasant climate... Highway, national park is close by, Borivali East station is walking distance.

Swimming pool and gym are non-functional.
Biggest issue is visitors parking - never available and have to opt for paid parking (exhorbitantly high charges) outside the society on the private road.
