★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amidst of nice reviews, can anyone validate if the builder have a valid Occupational Certificate (OC). I have been told that the society do not have any OC which may result inconvenience to the Home Buyer in future. Any existing flat owner to clarify if I am wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small residential complex away from heavy traffic . It is surrounded by hills on one side and has beautiful view of springs during rainy season . There is nice , big playground and a small garden nearby . Though there are a few slums around but the society as such is a peaceful place
