★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very good quality furniture. We have seen a lot of furniture shops in Bhopal and can easily say their material quality is top notch. However, we had a negative experience in our very first purchase. We got a custom built three door almirah made which was delivered in the promised time period. We had requested the owner to especially pack the almirah with proper packing material before the almirah is delivered to us. To our utter dismay, the almirah arrived with no packing and a damaged hole in one door. We were unhappy as all our packing request had been ignored. We returned the almirah which was replaced without the damage but again came with a simple plastic wrapping. So, on the whole, they sell lakhs of furniture but don't care about damage that can be caused to it during transport. I am highly doubtful of their after sales service as there is a lack of professionalism.
