★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited when I checked in Bhopal Fracture hospital. The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Shashank Agarwal really took his time to explain my left hand condition with me as well as their treatment also. It’s rare to find a healthcare that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

Especially dr shawshank was very kind and helpful and guided us very well.the staff was very nice. Rooms were good and support team was really very helpful. The entire staff was very very good

This is not a hospital, this is a business club house. Management of the hospital is the worst nightmare. God Bless talking to the staff. They are very rude and have no coordination in between them. There is no facilities for attender of the patient, people were sleeping in their own cars outside the hospital and medical supplies are provided in cash for which they literally call out your name. The only helpful person I found in the hospital was canteen owner. May God help you if you have ever need to visit this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Vandana Agarwal(Gynecologist) ma'am is the most careful doctor i have ever talked to, even the nursing staff, bai, ward girls all are very professional and well managed by the management team. The ambience is amazing there, it never felt like i have visited the hospital. I am thankful to the whole team for taking care of my wife so well. Strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly one of the best hospitals in town. All the Doctors are really good, highly knowledgeable take extensive care of their patients. Management is quite efficient and co-operative. Nursing staff is also really polite and helpful. The rooms are neat & tidy and cleaned regularly. In just two words...my overall experience was "extremely satisfied" and highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mighty impressed by the Hospital. Newly made building is impressive, is state if the art building equipped with almost all facilities. The hospital staff is sweet, kind and supportive. Clean and hygienic, you'd find house keeping staff on their toes to keep this hospital spic and span. Following all Covid-19 protocols, so you don't have to worry much.
