โ โ โ โ โ I bought Bhor compost making machine last year. The after sales service n management is utterly poor of this company. They don't listen to your calls not even call back and there is nobody to see the faults or repair the machine. I have had a very bad experience with this company.My machine stopped working after 6 months. As it was in warranty, I tried to contact Bhor. I complained on 22nd January my complaint was taken care of on 18th March. The machine was sent to Pune. After my repeated requests n calls, I was sent another broken machine on 7th June.Then again I had to send mails n pictures n videos etc..... So finally they told me that they are sending me a new machine which I received on 17 June n Aarti at Bhor messaged me to send the old machine back with their courier service n we did it. Now they claimed that this was a new machine but it was maybe my old repaired machine. This machine took 8 to 9 hours to make compost whereas my earlier machine took only 4-5 hours. So again my process to ask the company to look into the matter started. I called them up many times. I wrote mails to them. I spoke to all the concerned people but nobody looked into the matter.The machine stopped working after 20 days. Now I'm calling them n they don't answer me.I just want my refund back. I cant run after these people anymore.I'm writing this so that whosoever is buying this product should be aware that there is no after sales service to this product. If it gets spoilt , you just have to throw it.
