CONS:
* Although it's Govt. aided, lacks in proper management.
* As it's a Govt. org. Govt. will use it several times for their purpose (e.g. covid hospital, election centre etc.) and education in some branches will affect badly (e.g. lack of extra rooms to handle these situations).
* Average level of education provided (I won't mark it as a good quality just a personal opinion)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of oldest institution in Odisha, more the than 75 year old Institute which is situated on the bank river Mahanadi and near by Cuttack railway station, A very beautiful academic building, which looks like a heritage. Here 3 year diploma courses after 10th standard.
