We were eating chicken Biryani since two -three times and on 23 September afternoon their biryani was not ready so we ordered for chicken curry little rice n one luchcha paratha. Chicken curry had only bone no flesh n the pieces were of hardly 1 and a half inches big. BUT 97% BONE AND HARDLY 3% BONE. I complained, still no action was taken. I was hungry so I had luchcha paratha with little gravy. As if I was eating pickle n paratha of Rs 240.I took the pics of the staff one boy n a girl who attended to me n even hv the copy of my bill to post. How unfair was this. Not justified

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the servicing staff is extremely rude, which i experienced here at Esplanade on 15.02.22.
Food served was cold and the staff was not knowing to serve it timely. Even they were saying that it has not been cooed yet.
Really Horrible experience ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fish thali is a disaster. Ordered prawn bali and a fish thali but to my surprise both the dishes were not fresh. The prawns had really gone bad and smelled like ammonia. Which means those were not safe to eat. They don't care about serving rotten food to customers.
Price to value is zero.
Better be vigilant about the food here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was actually quite good for the quantity and price. It's much more filling at its cost as compared to buying a meal from most fast food joints in the Esplanade food court.
However, the waiting time was quite long and I hope they work on that.
