Bought a fully automatric surface grinder - with mechanical feed in Y axis (on suggestion of Vikram Bhurji).
Has never worked properly.
And after sales service is non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grinder is ok but after sales service is pathetic as they don't understand the customer problems and they run the business on take it and forgot us attitude even in my case of problem within purchase after 1 month not only they refuse to send their technician and I have to take faulty part myself to them in order to replace it and they also asked for the spares parts cost which shows their damm pathetic attitude.
Never recommended them to anybody....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever buy from them.. The machine is decent, but if you have slightest of problem, they will never entertain you for service maintenance. We requested them many times for 4-5 months , that we will send the machine all the way to their plant for minor maintenance, they out-rightly say "we dont do any repair or maintenance work of our machines". Basically they have mentality that " you buy from us, and then forget us for any issues in the machine" . Beware!!
