Staff is cooperative.
Food is good. A bit over spicy ,but only a bit.
It didn't get 4/5 star rating because they have provided Single Washing Machine for a building of 30 residents.
They can improve on hygiene.

Neat, clean and a hassle-free experience. The staff are helpful and sincere, The food might not be something which would get a 5/5 but it's is way better than what most PG's might serve

Good points:
1. Decent interior.
2. Clean everywhere.
3. Maids are punctual.
4. Food is better than other PG's.
5. Sufficient parking space.
Bad points:
1. Rent is a bit high.
2. Notice period is 30 days.
3. Too much intervention if you ask your friends to stay late or overnight.
4. Girls not allowed. Obvious point.
