I have invested in cyberthum Noida, still regretting. their customer service staff is awful, i get demand after every 6 months, the monthly assured return is always delayed and i have to drop multiple emails messages to get that.

I have made investment in cyberthum with CLP plan. They asked the money and I paid close to 50% payment. The cheque given to me got bounced since Apr 2020 and from then till date no assured return paid. On enquiry they said pay further demand to continue return and not giving assurance if any moment of time they will stop paying return and are not paying any return upto date. Such unprofessional as I am doing continue follow up and calling their CRM team but they don't care to respond. I personally visited and they were not understanding my problem rather then asking money as per their demand. Doesn't bother what offer they made at the time of booking and if they meant for their commitment to customer.

Worst customer service. Not giving interest on investment as per agreement. Fraud company. Keep changing the agreements. Never invest in this company.

Customer service is worse, relationship managers does not give attention to customers after product sales. Delayed returns. Taking 5 months to process properly agreement papers. Which was promised to process with in 45 days.

I invested in cyberthum through Square yards. They assured me to give return of 12% till possession which they said as 1Dec 2022. However when BBA agreement received they changed possession date to 1june2023 and they are not giving return for these 6 months. They are making fool by boasting 12% return and saying RERA has given extension . If they don't give return for 6 months then how can it be 12% return. They have very bad CRM and square yards also taking there hands off as they already got commission. Avoid Bhutani and square yards both. I'm really stuck. Let me know guys who are also in same situation. Will move to RERA. Again avoid investment in BHUTANI and square yards.
