★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was worst experience as when will go for purchasing the staff vl act so good but when vl go back for exchanging tht to due to their negligence(given small size of product insteem of xl after asking 100times) ,they won't exchange t product vth somreason. SO RUDE..its waste to waste precious time & money here... Personal experience gives so much to learn from others 'negligence' .

You are here to serve the customers and please teach that to your employees. The cashier's duty is to make bills and not interact with the customers disrespectfully. Men like this should be put behind bars for disrespecting women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't even wanted to rate a single star. Their collection is all overpriced. They even do not know that average indian women are anywhere between 5 ft to 5:5ft. Their collection appears as if everyone is tall like Deepika Padukone or Keeti Shanon. A simple suit that you can get anywhere in India for 3-5K is 12K at BIBA. Probably that is why their store is always empty.
