★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. They let some people try multiple outfits, but deny others. Limited options and that too not allowed to try. Would never ever step in the store again and will not recommend to any other person.
There are other good stores like west side , shoppers stop, W for ethical wear .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most disinterested staff among any Biba store I have visited. I was looking for 32 size but nothing was on display for the same. The uncurteous staff asked to select from the display & said they will check for my size. After an hour I realized, they hardly had two dresses in my size. My entire efforts were wasted. When I asked to get a dress in my size which I liked they wanted me to make the payment in advance. This has never happened earlier. The male & female were hardly bothered about losing their sales or an interested customer. I wonder if it is an authorised Biba store...
