Employee named POOJA MEHAR is not at all has a way to speak to the customer. I don't understand why BIBA can give jobs to such employees. She is very rude and arogant..employees themselves do not know the policies of the store..biba doesn't let you try garments before buying..they don't give you bill saying that their printer is not working..POOJA MEHAR (employee) is very arrogant..not worth visit the store at college road. I don't even feel to give this 1 star also.
