All train are not stop here like Barasat local and few sealdha local r not stop here.In down there is no train after 7:49 pm.The station has some basic problems like toilet, drinking water, shade etc.It located on Monmohanpur, its name came by the great author name Bibhutibushan, (who wrote Pather Pachali).the station is clean, calm and beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most secluded station of BNJ-SDAH section, situated b/w Bongaon & Chandpara. Parallel to NH 35, the station is surrounded by villages and vast agriculture fields. One can see various species of migratory birds during winter months around the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the trains do not stop at this stoppage. Locals like Barasat-Bangaon junction and Bangao-Junction to Barasat, the cash train and some other local trains do not halt here. Be confirmed about stoppage of the train before entraining. Hardly a food stall there. Lack of purified drinking water. It is in under development stage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly established railway staion. There are two platforms in this station. It is not too busy staion. But helpful for the local people. Station condition is not too good. There are only few part of the platform is shaded. Not enough bench for sitting. Food stalls are not enough. All galloping local and all Barasat local do not stop here. But for the local people it is very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historical place for the Martin's Light Railways, a British Company. It was built in 1865. The line was converted to broad gauge and also electrified in the late 1970s. This very railway station of the Eastern Railway (ER) is located on the Manmohanpur - Chekati Road in the Barasehana locality in the Bibhuti Bhushan Area. It is a halt station !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to visit a rural railway station, where the paddy field is just beside the railway track and natural pond with full of water hyacinths (কচুরিপানা) waiting to welcome you, just get down at 'Bhibhuti Bhusan Halt'. Not all 'Bongaon Locals' stop here so enquire before boarding the train. Here sky is blue, land is green, air is pure and your mind is clean. Don't bring any plastic here and please don't make the environment dirty. Visit here, enjoy the calmness and the sacred beauty of the mother nature and try to preserve it for your next generation.
