The showroom is not good as expected. There are so many demerits that lowers it impression:- 1.Time taking ( u can check ur patience level here) 2. Staffs are not so cooperative. 3.AC is not working, they will ask u to sit in the hot chamber, and wait, wait, wait...!! 4.If u comes at 9:00 AM, u will leave after 3 PM. 4.Cost of spare parts are too high.

You must present there to see how they do service your bike/scooty for self satisfaction. In morning queue system will be there first come first serve. Staff behaviour is not upto to mark as expected.They always ask for tip.

Few tips for common man: 1. Be there personally to make sure servicing is done properly. It's worth your time, trust me. If not, they might just wash your bike, change the engine oil, put few drops of polish in the end and say service is done. Avoid going to the customer lounge upstairs. The AC is not working, and it's poorly maintained. 2. While preparing the job card, get to know which mechanic your bike will be assigned. If there are any issues, explain it clearly to the mechanic, and not to the person preparing the job card. The entire quality of service depends on the mechanic. There are many arrogant ones, as well as few humble ones. 3. Carefully read the "Owner's Manual" which you received with the bike. Know what all needs to be checked during the 1st, 2nd, 3rd service etc. Ensure those things are checked by the mechanic. Suggestion for management: Tip giving should be discouraged. Staff can be taught how to work joyfully and treat customers out of love for the work they do, and not for the love of money. Teach them basic values like honesty, integrity, gentleness etc. and see what a difference it will make in your business, as well as in the personal lives of your staff.
