β β β β β I think this is the worst service that we are having with constant power failures. The voltage fluctuates all the time. Today itself from 1:00 to 5:15, there have been power failures 4 times now. And the voltage keeps fluctuating. I can hear my UPS relays all the time. My UPS too cannot handle the constant fluctuations, due to which my machine has crashed twice.
Electricity keeps going and coming several times in a day.
God knows whether there is going to be any improvement in the service or it is only going to go from bad to worse.

β β β β β Very very bad service. No matter how many times we call them they just don't bother at all. They have many numbers, they just neglect it by saying call the other number. Really worst service ever seen. I would not give one star for your service but there is no option .

β β β β β Worst service, there are multiple fluctuations on daily basis and department people don't respond to it. During rain it's even worsen as power cuts goes on for hours.

β β β β β Thereβs definitely some scam in this department.. which obviously our great government wants to hide..
despite of the reviews I donβt think so thereβs gonna be actions taken in order to change the habit ..
electricity goes for hours every day they donβt pick up the calls .. also they send the electricity bill on the exact date with unbelievable numerical which we donβt even remember using so much electricity in the first place ..
