I called Adil two weeks back regarding some issue in service of my bicycle still I am waiting for their response .
Be very careful in giving your cycle for service .If you face a problem later their is no response from them later on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters, I bought a Castello geared bicycle from here on 6th Feb 2022. In one week the stand came out and frame came out with a big cut. When I contacted the shop and asked for a replacement they were denying saying it is because replacement is not available, we can fix it and promised to fix it at my home soon. Last three months I have been chasing and to the point that I told them if in one week it does not happen I will go to consumer court. Till now this is not done (18th April 22) . PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR TO THIS SHOP. If anyone do not believe this post, do contact me, I will show the bill I am holding and other details.
