Timing is 11am to 3pm monday monday to Friday.
Process is straight forward.
Day 1: You collect the form for birth certificate. The desk is to the immediate left after entering the building.
Day 2: You decide a name for your baby and fill out the form. Provide necessary documents with required original.
We provided following, filled out form and 2 copy xerox, adhaar card xerox single copy for mom and dad, xerox of Hospital discharge cert. for mom and the baby along with original, Birth certificate provided by hospital and a copy xerox,
After verification they will provide challan which you need to pay at a cash counter of allahabad bank. Which is across the road beside petrol pump floor 1.
Once submitted they will provide contact no for follow up.
Day 3: You go and collect the birth certificate.
Note the process is similar for death certificate as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there to process a death certificate. Procedure was smooth and stuffs are helpful. But don't expect everything in timely manner, things are slow and can be delayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice helpful people. If going for submitting documents for birth certificate then reach there between 11.30am to 2.30pm. This is the timing for counter, which will provide the challan slip. You need to use the slip to pay their fees at the nearby Allahabad Bank.

Even the garbage collection guy comes once in a while for collecting garbage from homes in Natunpara .Huge jungle and rubbish behind chandani bus stop.Atleast garbage should be collected daily. Garbage guy doesnt use whistle also. Very difficult to hear from flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Natunpara road is in fully broken condition but Municipal office just 10 meters from this lane cannot see the road conditions.Every day somebody is getting hurt by stone chips or falling down.Municipalty is sleeping?
