★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a Mop bucket worth INR 1499 on Big basket and they delivered an unpacked, unwrapped box with scratches on the new item. Raised a complaint on customer care with minimal support from the executive. It's been now 4 days after I have raised a complaint, but they have not even bothered to call me and replace the item. Utterly waste company and worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's has been 9 th day I joined no salary for this ,trainer gave training for 2 days and delivery boys gave training no comments for there big support but the manager made me to wait for days to get I'd and I have not received a single order.he told me to be there by 4:30 I have been there but he wasted my precioustime.I suggest not to go with this company.I become a watch dog over there to beg for order's ,this not good to them that to in this situation they behaving like this.I really disappointed and depressed for their behaviour.He play ed a game with my life that to in this covid worst situation where we are facing the financial crisis.God won't spare
