★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute waste of time and energy, if you are placing an order from their site.
1. They won't accept any of your requests that you have put while placing the order.
2. Unprofessional behaviour of delivery boy.
3. Useless customer service, as they are unaware of any delivery service and are of little to no help.
4. No proper communication mail.
Will be avoiding this site to place grocery order from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My account balance is in minus even though i never cancelled any order and upon asking the customer service executives they say wrong cashback had been provided to you hence your account has minus balance (Even though i never got any kind of cashback ulta my account is in minus) also the customer service exuctives were very rude and disconnected the chat as well as call. I myself have worked as a customer care executive hence i know this is not supposed to be done. Better buy from Zomato market for grocery,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I have ordered chyawanprash from them and have paid 375 rupee (325 for chaywanprash and 50 rupee delivery charges.) Next day they have cancelled my order and returned 325 rupee in big basket wallet. Next day I received a message from them that they will return my money to my account . Now the big basket wallet is empty and they have eaten my 375 rupee. I have not get any refund in my account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenience has become a headache, we are getting order with open packets and eaten food and missing items from Big Basket Daily. Refund is not the problem just the fact that these guys were good but have become horrible. Guys if you like them then help is getting this company right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bigbasket services is very poor. They always do as per their wish and forget about what we are ordering. Sometimes they remove some items and add another items as per their wish and sometimes they add double items and force us to pay it. I am now fully fed-up of bigbasket team. Previously I uninstalled this app because of such fraud things, but my husband insisted to reinstall and give it a more try and again it's the same poor service. I thing their manager specially greater Noida West manager is out of their mind or work closed eyes. Fully disappointed and now uninstalled the bigbasket app forever.
