★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The regional DC of Big basket Kolkata is located at 1.4 KM from NH6, Bombay Road, inside Sankrail Induatrial Park opposite Nirmala Cimema Hall. To reach here, you can avail taxi or walking for 15-20 minutes. Go straight inside the Sankrail Induatrial Park and take left turn from the front of VRL Logistics warehouse. Walk for 7-8 minutes and you will reach ITC Old Depot. Bigbasket Regional DC is just next to that.

I had placed 2 successive orders on Monday but both of my orders were cancelled from your team and I m not able to place fresh orders.
I would like to raise this issue to a higher level since there was no proper reason for cancellation of my placed order.
Just tell us clearly if you are able to conduct your business properly or not in this precious period of people or just shut down your business by giving a disclaimer.
It is clearly mentioned in Govt order that e commercial online supply of grocery is exempted from lockdown yet I am facing this problem.
If you have to satisfy high valued and old customer just let us know we will have to think otherwise for buying out grocery items.
