★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big Bazaar Ludhiana is at silver arc mall ludhiana near bhai wala chowk it will be on right side. Big bazar is at underground floor, cant say this bazar is value for money $$$ clothes were expensive according to brands as usual as in other big Bazaar outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is with sheer disappointment and dissatisfaction i am writing this review and want to raise a serious mismanagement at Big Bazaar located in Silver Arc Mall , Ludhiana , Punjab.
However things happened yesterday , as we picked a cardigan from the table where a board of 40% flat discount was placed . The table was having clothes on both sides and in the middle of the table discount board was standing , as clearly visible in the snaps attached . But when we went to the billing counter and got the bill finalized , we realised that the discount offered was only 10% .
We asked the concerned staff member , but he called the manager to clarify the same .
Much to add on this , that the manager completely disagreed that the board is placed on the common table , and the discount is mentioned on only one side of the board and not on the other side, so clothes on the right side of the table are not on 40% discount .
To my shock , i was surprised by the unprofessional attitude of your manager , even when your staff was also acknowledging a mistake .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the point, it is closed now. It will take time for them to open fully stocked store. As for now, they have left over stock that they are trying to sell at a bit lower price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well not quite impressive but not that bad. This store has good quality products but no new stocks available. Situated at a good place with decent space. Avoid visiting on weekdays as it gets very crowdy and it might take more time to checkout.

Most importantly awesome place for both male& Female.
