The whole process of buying was very good.
The timely response from owner arranging installation on the same day.
Warranty on used air conditioner is one thing i liked the most.
And the AMC price is also very good.
I hope for the same attention at the time of maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Story is long to type but to sum it up, they are conducting an open fraud business wherein you end up paying 100% advance and then then they dont respond to your complaints. The interesting part is this modus operandi is operated from an unknown location as the D42 Shanti Shopping centre is a speaker shop and its shut down. They also threaten you of dire consequences if you keep following up with them. New way of making money in these covid times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the good reviews are posted by their own staff members. Look at the language in the way they have replied to the customers. These are goondas who think that comman man can be duped easily and the reason for the same is they dont have an address. The address mentioned on the google and justdial is a fake one D42 shanti shopping center. They dont exist there and you will have no where to go once you pay them 100%. They should rename themselves from Big float to Big Scam Duping company.

I would want no one to go through this experience.
I purchased on 20Feb 2020 3 AC
2units of 1 Tonne
1 unit of 1.5 tonne
And since then the AC did not work as in Feb 2020 there was no requirement to check then when it was checked it was lockdown.
Post lockdown atleast 50 calls but no revert
All the acs which have been installed were not working
1.My bedroom cooling not done because there is no water pipe attached and gas leakage
2.2nd bedroom not cooling
3.Hall the water is dripping and no cooling
If it is not corrected i asked for refund of entire amount but the calls were disconnected.
I have paid in total of 58,000 and was not able to use AC from 20 feb 2020 till today ...as since 20 march 2020 its lockdown and I am waiting for refund.
They are daylight robbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an Ac a month back during lockdown, installation was quick and 100% payment was taken on same day but cooling stopped within 10 days of installation. Post installation there were many followups for amc signup from your side. Now when I need service no one is ready to come. Entire summer season is gone and today I was promised a visit in morning. When called in morning I was told that the guy would leave by 3 pm, around 4 pm the guy says he is on the way at 5 pm he says he forgot to take his id card and due to police check he has to go back to office to get the card. After that the guy is absconding. Your people can go to Thane for new install during lockdown but cannot go to service because of lockdown. Story Continues, they are not answering my call now. 24th May still waiting for them to answer. 7th Jun lockdown is lifted still they are not answering the call.. 7th June evening my call was answered with a threatening reply as below.
"We are giving you 48 hours to delete all negative reviews from Google and social sites, then we will decide about your complain about Aircon, and after completing your work if you post again anywhere then we will stop your warranty"

8th June: You have crossed 24 hours of my assigned 48 hours to resolve my issue.
Once the 48 hours is crossed you will have to talk to my lawyers in the consumer court.
9th July : Today my guys went to their address and we discovered that they dont exist in D42 Shanti Shopping Center. So now its an open fraud business just post an ad on social media sites, take orders, handover some scrap to cutomer and then vanish so that no one can chase these AC MAFIAs, 100% waste of money, instead go on OLX

I should have read the other reviews before asking for their office. This company is known for its SCAM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are some cheap pathetic fraudsters who give you stupid service, we happen to fall in there trap when we called them for washing machine repair they took the part and then came back after 2 days saying it's fixed took the money and when we started the machine it's same, we called them 10000s of time no one will pick the call. there call person Sarika or i don't know what her real name is keeps saying the technical person will come today tomorrow and no one turns up ever. They are non professional people sitting to loot others BEWARE GUYS.
PS: I have also filed a complaint against them in consumer court if anyone wants to join in do contact me.
