★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased few bunk beds from them and found it to be the way,it was promised. . Metarials are very good,and the free matress provided with the bed waere also too good. Needless to mention that the workers,reception and even the owner of the factory is well behaved and very friendly. And most importantly, they have delivered the beds within the said time of 10days. I truly recommend the factory to everyone for furniture making.

My office furniture are now supplied by them and for any new additions, all I have to do is give them a call. So, given the price, quality, behaviour and service I would highly recommend Big furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product quality isn't as per expectation. Sample image is completely different than the product I hve received.
Very cheap quality ply they have used underneath of the table. Top of the table is bended.
They hve asked me to pay 9000 instead of 5000 fr better transport without damage. But still I hve received damage product.
Table stand made of steel is done with cheap quality welding. Joining areas aren't smooth.
At the beginning they hve promised me to send someone to set the product on the floor but later at the time of delivery they sent no one.
Overall not satisfied with the product quality. Please be aware of this kind fraud .
They are worthy to get negative rating only.
