He motivate me and made me fit. When I entered the gym the interior was not appealing to me and I was not convinced too by the look of the gym. But later I realised that interior or tools doesn't matter at all. You just need a good coach and dedication which I found here. Thank you so much Sahil Sir. Without your dedication I would not be able to achieve my goals.

I never thought I would like to "train" in a gym again post lockdown, but this gym has completely changed my mind. With a welcoming staff at the reception and experienced coach Mr. Sahil Khan - the team is well-informed and geared-up to help their members achieve their fitness goals. H	HARSHIT GAMING YT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hlo i m harshit the behavior of gym is excellent disciplined students trainer is very good, experienced this is my personal experience I loos my weight 9 kgs I increase my height 5 inches in 11 month now I have 5 years to increase more hight and it's a myth the height grow will be stop if u go gym and do workout the myth is totally wrong my trainer proved this I am 2 times national champion and delhi state champion I changed my life style, my behavior now I feel good you will come here and do workout to stay fit
j	jyoti singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello guys,i would like to share my gratification towards Sahil sir,i got two months taking personal training from him today (still countinuing),when I came to him I had cervical issue (C4,C5),slip disc issue (L4,L5), overweight,left hand posture was not correct and my right leg used to be numb.All issues have gone now and all credit goes to one an only Sahil sir.i lack words to appreciate him,I'm completely changed now,He is extremely hard working and self motivated person, very humble,freindly,determined, disciplined, professional, great personality,well spoken,nutritionist,He is world class coach,guys u just close your eyes and walk on the path shown by him and then u will see the magic of the magic man,so don't waste your precious time go and fix ur all physical problems ?? thanks is a very small word in front of u, Thanks a lot Sahil sir ????
