★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bbdaily delivery is totally pathetic. The delivery person keeps the milk packets on the floor/on the doormat in spite of the bag hanged on the door. I have raised a complaint atleast 15 to 20 times but customer care doesn't take any action. Nor do they change the delivery man.
Secondly I have given the option in the bbdaily app of ringing the bell. Still the delivery man never rings the bell!
This is disgusting. I will not recommend bbdaily to anyone at all!!

I am editing my review today bcoz same issue has been started from last 10-15 days. Seems that delivery guy was changed and the new one started keeping the milk packets on the floor again. They just don't want to keep the packets in the bag hanged at the door! Such a unhygienic practice in these corona times!! The customer care gives fake promises that we will escalate this and ensure that this will not happen again...Etc etc but same issue repeats over and over again! Totally pathetic service!! I will not give them even ONE STAR!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While you claim credit that you are helping people by delivering this in such pandemic situation, on the other hand your delivery executive are least bothered about customers' health. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic behaviour
While the quality of goods is anyway not great, on top your executive delivers if in the floor instead of the bag hanging at the door.
And illiteracy is also very common as we order something and get the other instead. The customer service has also stopped responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unnecessarily informs gate to call on phone early in the morning, rings bell and does not deliver. Happens mostly with milk. Why disturb when not to deliver. There is also a competition with Grofers as their local stores are nearby. Customers suffer and even I suppose store managers suffer because delivery employees threaten with job availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience where I asked the undelivered items to be cancelled, and it was confirmed it would be and my amount would be refunded, but that did not happen. I ended up buying the same item from another app and after 17 hours I get the items delivered from bbdaily. When I asked them to take it back and refund my amount again they refused. Now I have 2 items and have spent double the amount. Their chat agent also closes the chat if there is no conversation for about 10 mins which is funny because the agent themselves never respond so we wait for nothing. Their on call service though is better as they answer your question (even though it may or may not be fulfilled)
I would suggest to go for other apps like jio, swiggy instamart, fraazo, dmart etc rather than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Yesterday I ordered couple of items. Money deducted for complete order but few items missing. Few days back it happened same for milk deliveries as well. Money deducted from wallet but no delivery. Wrote to BB day team twice no action/correction from their side. they cannot deliver and you will loose your money like I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with BBDailly. Since I taken subscription of milk, I am facing issues of missing item or item marked delivered but actually nothing delivered. Refund is not always a solution. We order & pay online just for the ease & transparency. BBDaily failed to stand on their commitments. Would not recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received worst (even rotten) quality of vegetables & fruits, and damaged leaking milk pouches. BBdaily has the worst customer service ever. They will deduct money from your account for items that you did not even order!! And then they refuse to refund. Don't use BBdaily service ever! I give it negative rating.

Some are as below
1. Before account activation, not giving clear indication of delivery changes
2. Promised door step delivery but they will deliver as per their convince
3. After delivery no update to customer [ phone , message, door bell etc.]
4. Can take charges without delivery also later you need to do argument with customer care.
5. No communication for delivery failure
6. Now struggling for getting my refund also
Hopeless & don't deserve even single start also
