You should actually shut down your store. Because it's always empty. Really disappointed with you. You can't maintain your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My account balance is in minus even though i never cancelled any order and upon asking the customer service executives they say wrong cashback had been provided to you hence your account has minus balance (Even though i never got any kind of cashback ulta my account is in minus) also the customer service exuctives were very rude and disconnected the chat as well as call. I myself have worked as a customer care executive hence i know this is not supposed to be done. Better buy from Zomato market for grocery,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their delivery time is good.the best part is they also let you know their could be delay in delivery and I usually do prepaid orders. Even during this lockdown time, they are punctual and the delivery guys are always polite. The only things which are a let down is its app.. certain glitches are there and they need to pay attention to that so that customers get better service.
