They OVERCHARGE for weight, the Prices are drastically DOUBLED overnight. Just recent example: Two Days ago prices of SMALL Tender Coconut on their Platform was 45 INR per piece and now its 50 INR! Within just TWO DAYS?!! Are you guys for REAL? You ship Coconuts from USA via Flight daily or South India?
They charge you EXTRA for every milligram weight and put Negative Balance in your Wallet but they NEVER PAY you Back for lesser Weight Difference! Guess where the MONEY goes? Yes, in FOOLING Customers.
Every single ARTICLE is being sold at TWICE the Market Amount. The Quality is TRASH.
Have to repeatedly CALL for Replacement and Return. Customer Service is a JOKE!
RIPPING Customers OFF during Pandemic.

Saying that delivery boy could not found anyone in delivery place(house/office)
Secondly if u had made the payment pre than cancelled order refund is transferred in his big basket a/c. So u are wound to again schedule ur order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience so far but you can enjoy the services only if you are a bb star member. I withdrew my membership last month and now it shows me no delivery slot from last 6 days. There is no lockdown so why this situation is there, not sure. It seems that they entertain only bb members and rest can't order. I contacted customer care and they have no resolution and are happy to return my money back which was credited earlier in bb wallet. What to say for such kind of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am die heart fan of Mr Ratan Tata and Tata company.
But here on local level big basket is providing drastic service. They are misusing the options available in the software, cancelling orders, reschedule order, putting false information about i.e. door closed, so order is not delivered. We are paying by card but refund is providing in big basket wallet.
No toll free customer care number if we call them huge amount will deduct from the balance.
Request you please improve service. We want to use big basket in our first preference.
Don't take it as complaint, but use it as suggestion.
