★ ★ ★ ★ ★ हेलो दोस्तों आज हम बात करेंगे दक्षिण बिहार ग्रामीण बैंक के कपासिया ब्रांच के बारे में इस शाखा में साफ सफाई इत्यादि चीजों का काफी ध्यान दिया जाता है यह जो शाखा है यह दूरभाष केंद्र में स्थित है इस शाखा की बात करें तो इस शाखा में सबसे ज्यादा खाता धारियों की संख्या स्कूली बच्चे तथा ग्रामीणों की है जब कभी इस स्कूल में सरकार द्वारा पैसे भेजे जाते हैं तो उस समय इस शाखा में काफी अधिक भीड़ देखने को मिलता है इससे दूसरे खाता धारियों को काफी दिक्कत एवं परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है इस बैंक के कर्मचारी का स्वभाव थोड़ा अटपटा सा है क्योंकि इस शाखा में काफी अधिक खातेदारी होने के वजह से इस शाखा के कर्मचारी थोरे तनाव में रहते हैं जिसके वजह से इनके काम पर भी असर पड़ता है सभी कर्मचारी अटपटे नहीं है बल्कि कुछ ऐसे हैं जो खाते धारकों के साथ अटपटा व्यवहार करते हैं बाकी और सब दूसरे बैंक की तरह ही है इस बैंक में मुझे एक और बात खराब लगी की इस बैंक की शाखा में डेबिट कार्ड क्रेडिट कार्ड एवं नेट बैंकिंग जैसी सुविधा लेने के लिए काफी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है तो दोस्तों यह रेब्यु आपको पसंद आए तो लाइक जरुर करें धन्यवाद।
