★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Honda activa scooty was not used for almost two months due to lockdown in second Corona wave, and so when I tried starting, it did not start. Battery was down and Carburator was jammed. So I searched a bike mechanic online, got three-four numbers of Mechanoc in electronic city. Most of them showing too much attitude to come and fix. The App based service has very poor review on mouthShut.com, so that was also a big NO. But Bijay's response was very polite and he looked very flexible. He fixed an appointment to come to my house. He reached at the scheduled time. And surprisingly with his skills, made the bike working in 10 minutes. Since, the servicing was not done for 6 months, so I decided to give it for full servicing to Bijay. So I went to his workshop. He took 4 continuous hours just to service my scooty, I could not have imagined Ananda Honda service center guys ever gave so much time to do the servicing. This was first time I gave my scooty for servcing outside of an authorised service center, but I am so happy with the service Bijay has provided, that I now repent giving my scooty in past for servicing at Ananda Honda at so high cost and that too with poor servicing quality and less satisfication and that too I always need to wait so long for work to finish and when they actually invest not more than one hour for service and repair. There is no transparency in Ananda Honda Service center, but here the mechanic(Bijay) repairs in front of you which made me realise how much effort he has put to ensure everything works fine. His service charges are very reasonable and far cheap than Ananda Honda Service charges. The guy is very polite and discplined, I will visit him again in future for any king of Bike/Scooty service.
